Tools for Success
This document features our tips and tricks for one-on-one meetings (content and execution) as well as boardroom presentations, how to set up and staff your booth, etc. Make sure to visit the FAQ section where you can find answers for what’s to come in the weeks leading up to the event, specifically regarding the meeting selection process.
We strongly advise you to download the Next Steps form to help make the most of your meetings and stay organized for post-show follow-ups.
There is also a helpful Timeline for Success on the last page as a reminder of what needs to be done to ensure you are covering planning efforts.
- See your sponsorship details for booth sq. ft.
- Carpet is required for the event
- We suggest renting/bringing furnishings to support your meeting efforts. Most common are highboy tables and stool height chairs (see suggested packages on page 21). Furnishings are not provided.
- Electric and internet are not provided so if desired it must be purchased (see page 56)
- Less is more! No need for extensive, expensive displays
- Decorate the space with identity signage and product graphics to support meeting content and attract stop-by-traffic
- Consider adding product kiosk style elements or product showcases
Reference your sponsorship package or spec sheet for specifics on what your package includes. Plan to have 1 staff member for every 15 meetings you have scheduled at your exhibit. Contact Jessica Salisbury if you should need to add more badges.
